If you use a Doc Ish composition sample or samples on a song or track you will split everything (credits, publishing, royalties, advance etc) with Doc Ish.

Melody Loops/w/Stems:

If you use a Doc Ish or anyone from the InYaHead team Melody Sample or loop that comes with the individual stems or template for your DAW for your track. You will need to clear usage for placement or commercial use. (Credits, Publishing and any back end royalties)

If any vocal hooks are used for a track that gets purchased for a placement or is used for commercial use. You must clear the vocals and give credits to the singer, performance royalties, splits on any advances and writers side publishing.

On most smaller independent projects (ex. Lofi Hip-hop w/ no label behind you or major artist feature) clearance won't be necessary and you can just use the sample/composition/loops however you like.
